At Averyday, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Below are our t&c(s) regarding order placement, modifications, and cancellations:

1. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email with order details will be sent to the provided email address.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at admin@averyday.sg.com.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days before being handed over to our courier partner. Processing time may be extended during peak or festive seasons.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • As we strive to process orders quickly and seamlessly through our systems, modifications or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been confirmed.
  • If an address update is required, please contact us immediately at admin@averyday.sg.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

3. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • For pre-orders or backordered items, the estimated arrival date will be stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will only be shipped once all items are available.
  • If you prefer to have in-stock items shipped first, separate shipping fees will apply.

4. Out-of-Stock Items

  • In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, our team will reach out to offer an alternative, store credits, or a refund.

5. Order Status & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
  • If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel, kindly contact the courier directly or reach out to us for further assistance.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are final and accurate at the time of purchase.
  • Discounts, promotions, and shipping policies applicable at checkout will be honored for that transaction. However, pricing or promotional changes will not be applied retroactively to past orders.
  • All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.

7. Order Issues & Missing Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 5 working days (from delivery date) with clear photos for verification.
  • All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Averyday reserves the right to make the final decision on exchanges or resolutions.
