Exchange and Return

AveryDay Returns Policy (w.e.f. 24th December 2025)
1. Return Eligibility
Refunds are not allowed & we only accept returns for store credit vouchers and size exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed inappropriate.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be submitted for a returns request via email to our mailbox: admin@averydaysg.com within 5 days of delivery date and mailed back within 5 days of approval**
- Be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Exclude sale items*, free-size items, grab bag items, and backorder items.
- Not have been purchased using store credits or code vouchers, as returns are limited to once per item.
- Returns involving free gifts: If the remaining value of the order no longer qualifies for the promotion, the free gift must be returned or the value will be deducted from the store credit.
Note: Free-size items are non-returnable, as they may stretch upon wear, making them unsuitable for resale.
*Sale items include any items not purchased at the original price, excluding permanent discount code ‘15OFF’. (**Discount codes are not valid during sales or promotional period)
AveryDay© will not be held responsible for any rejected requests due to failure to adhere to our stated terms and conditions.
CNY Tagged Items
Items marked with a *CNY* tag are not eligible for returns. However, size exchanges will be allowed, subject to stock availability. In the event that the desired size is out of stock, exchanges to other *CNY* tagged items will be allowed (if it is of higher value, a top-up will be required).
This policy is in place as these items are seasonal and specifically curated for the festive period, making it challenging to restock or resell after the season has passed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your sizing or reach out to us before making a purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Free-size items, as they may lose shape after wear.
- Sale items purchased at discounted prices outside of the code ‘15OFF.’
- Items that have been worn or washed or not in its original condition with tags intact.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item qualifies, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@averydaysg.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship Your Item: Once approved, send the item back within 5 days of approval in its original packaging, with tags intact and free of any scent or fragrance. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
- Receive Your Store Credit: Returns are processed within 1-3 days after receipt. Store credits are issued as a code for your next purchase (excluding initial shipping fees if your order does not meet free shipping criteria after the return).
Store Credits: Store credits/code vouchers are valid for 3 months. Unused credits/vouchers cannot be restored once expired.
AveryDay© reserves the right to reject returned items deemed unsuitable for resale upon inspection.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items. Simply initiate a return as described above, then place a new order for your desired item.
If you’re requesting an exchange for the same item in a different size, please indicate this in your return request—we will dispatch the new size as soon as we receive the redelivery payment (Courier fee $4).
5. Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt and inspection. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
