  1. Order Processing:

    • Orders typically take 1-3 working days to be processed before being handed over to our courier partner.
    • Processing times may be delayed during festive or peak seasons. Updates on extended processing times will be indicated at checkout under shipping options. For the most accurate timeframe, feel free to reach out to us at admin@averyday.sg.com.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Once dispatched, parcels are expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days.
    • Tracking details will be provided via email once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner.

  3. Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery:

    • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.
    • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for the re-delivery costs.
    • If you need to amend your shipping address, please contact admin@averyday.sg.com as soon as possible.

  4. Free Shipping Policy:

    • Averyday reserves the right to modify or withdraw our Free Delivery for Orders Above $80 promotion at any time, particularly during sales, events, and promotional periods. Any updates will be reflected on our website accordingly.

  5. Pricing & Promotions:

    • All prices listed on our website are final and accurate at the time of purchase.
    • Discounts, promotions, and shipping policies valid at checkout will remain applicable to that transaction. However, future pricing or policy changes will not be applied retroactively to past orders.
